Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
Claims must be made within 2 days of delivery with proof of damage/defect.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Personalized/customized items are final sale unless defective.

Refund Policy
We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines for refunds:
Damaged/Defective Items: Claims require detailed photos for swift resolution. Upon receipt of defective items, a refund will be processed.
Refunds Process: Refunds are issued within 5-10 working days of return approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Using a trackable shipping method is advised.
Exclusions: Refunds are not accepted for sizing issues. Please review the size chart before ordering.
