Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact delivery address and selected service.

Please allow 1–2 business days for our atelier to prepare your order before dispatch. Estimated transit windows are as follows:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@k-kasa.com within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition for a replacement or refund.
