General Refund Policy (Non-EU Orders)
At K|Kasa, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our sleepwear, all sales are final for orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA). We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully, especially the size and specifications, before making a purchase. Refunds are generally not provided, except in specific situations outlined below:
- Incorrect Order: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@k-kasa.com within 2 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
- Damaged Items: If the item you received is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@k-kasa.com with photographic evidence of the damage. Claims for damaged items must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.
European Union & EEA Right of Withdrawal (EU Orders Only)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.
1. Cancellation Period
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. Exclusions
This right of withdrawal does not apply to:
* Items made to your custom specifications or clearly personalized.
* Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered by the customer.
3. How to Exercise Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You can do this by:

* Sending an email to **support@k-kasa.com** with your name, order number, and description of the items you wish to withdraw.
4. Return Shipping
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
* Return Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
5. Effects of Withdrawal (Refunds)
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
* We will process the refund without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
* We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
* We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Return Process (For Approved Returns)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@k-kasa.com (within 2 days for damaged/incorrect orders, or within 14 days for EU withdrawals). Include your order number, description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
- Wait for our response. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
- Return the item in its original packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund within 5–10 working days.
