International Delivery

  • Worldwide: 10-14 Business Days

3. DUTIES & TAXES For all orders shipped outside of Nigeria, shipping fees paid at checkout cover carriage only.

  • Receiver Responsibility: Import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Payment: You may be contacted by the courier prior to delivery to settle these charges. K | KASA has no control over these fees.

4. REFUSED SHIPMENTS If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to the non-payment of customs duties:

  • Refund Deduction: K | KASA reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost, any return shipping fees, and any unpaid customs charges from your refund.

  • Abandonment: If the cost of returning the package exceeds the value of the merchandise, the package will be abandoned by the carrier and no refund will be issued.
